James, a spa technician recently found a leak in my Sundance spa and resolved the issue promptly. He also was professional and friendly. Paradise also provides services in San Francisco although they are located in San Mateo. When in doubt go with Paradise Valley Spas.

Ordered my spa through Dan Lithgow, it was great and fortunately, I was a little bit flexible. We located the spa and had it installed within three weeks. Had a few questions Dan answered immediately. Excellent salesperson.

Kumi was very helpful in helping me find the right spa for my family, including walking me through various options. The transaction was smooth. Although there were some delays (to be expected these days), we ultimately received the spa. The delivery team was professional and did a nice job.

Can’t wait for the new hot tub to arrive! Had a fantastic experience with Kumi making decisions online. She was excellent at explaining options and we are very excited about our choice to go with a Jacuzzi J-385. Great customer service and no high-pressure sales tactics. My wife and I purchased a Hydropool Swim Spa from Paradise Valley Spas and Johnathan Michaels was outstanding throughout the whole process, and continues to do so even after receiving our spa. We were originally told we could expect our spa to be delivered in about 8-10 months from ordering, but Johnathan managed to get us our spa in half that time! From the beginning, he was very responsive to our emails and calls, helped make adjustments to our order with no issues, and has been very helpful and informative when it comes to learning how to maintain our new spa.
