We were originally told we could expect our spa to be delivered in about 8-10 months from ordering, but Johnathan managed to get us our spa in half that time! From the beginning, he was very responsive to our emails and calls, helped make adjustments to our order with no issues, and has been very helpful and informative when it comes to learning how to maintain our new spa.
