Kumi was very helpful in helping me find the right spa for my family, including walking me through various options. The transaction was smooth. Although there were some delays (to be expected these days), we ultimately received the spa. The delivery team was professional and did a nice job.

We were originally told we could expect our spa to be delivered in about 8-10 months from ordering, but Johnathan managed to get us our spa in half that time! I purchased my Sundance hot tub from Paradise Valley Spas over a year ago. The process was very smooth. Don and Jonathon helped me through the process, they are both very knowledgeable about all the available hot tubs and features. I highly recommend this store, I love my hot tub!

I highly recommend Paradise Valley Spas for spa or pool services. They are responsive, get the job done, and don’t charge unseemly prices. James, a spa technician recently found a leak in my Sundance spa and resolved the issue promptly. He also was professional and friendly. Paradise also provides services in San Francisco although they are located in San Mateo. When in doubt go with Paradise Valley Spas.

Ordered my spa through Dan Lithgow, it was great and fortunately, I was a little bit flexible. We located the spa and had it installed within three weeks. Had a few questions Dan answered immediately. Excellent salesperson.
