James, a spa technician recently found a leak in my Sundance spa and resolved the issue promptly. He also was professional and friendly. Paradise also provides services in San Francisco although they are located in San Mateo. When in doubt go with Paradise Valley Spas.

Ordered my spa through Dan Lithgow, it was great and fortunately, I was a little bit flexible. We located the spa and had it installed within three weeks. Had a few questions Dan answered immediately. Excellent salesperson.
